We all know that the 100% human hair made lace wigs or hair products is easy to dye relatively than the artificial material fake wigs. You dyestuff works for the human hair lace wigs with no doubt, you can use the same hair dye, the same developer, or even the same tools to dye your human hair products, your lace closures, your lace wigs, or your hair bundles, just like your normal hair. Just mix your dye and gently apply it directly to the lace wig. Wash your wavy or straight lace wigs after dyeing and keep them clean and shiny.
Step 1. Mixed dyes
Choose a common hair dye for your lace wigs. You can buy hair of any color at the drugstore. However, remember that you should only dye the hair of your lace wigs black or darker than the original color of it. Don’t try to lighten your hair color, because bleaching agents in light hair can make it lighter on wigs. Don’t use hair dyes on human hair made wigs. Use only hair dyes. Find a 20-roll hairspray. Lower volume may be too weak. A 20-volume developer is enough. Wear rubber gloves. When you mix dyes and developers in a plastic bowl, gloves can protect your skin from the irritation and dyeing left by dyes. Read the instructions on your dyes to see how many dyes you should combine with developers.
Step 2. Applied dyes
Test the dyes on a few strands of hair. If you like the color, apply it to the rest of the wig. If you don’t like this color, try different colors of hair dyes. Soak your wig in dye. Put the wig in the bowl with the dye. Use your hand to gently scoop the dye onto the wig and then apply it on all levels of the wig. It’s gentle. Try not to brutally apply hair dye to wigs. Comb your hair. Use a comb or wig brush to disperse the dye throughout the wig. Make sure the dye is applied evenly throughout the wig. When it reaches the right color, you can wash it.
Step 3. Washing hair
Shampoo wigs. Use Color-safe shampoo or special wig shampoo. Put the wig under the tap, rinse with warm water, remove the excess dye, then use shampoo to foam the wig. Rinse the shampoo after washing. Apply conditioner to the top of the wig. This will make your wig shinier. Avoid using any conditioner near the root of your wig, otherwise your hair may fall off. Clean conditioner with cold or warm water. Dry your hair with a towel. Gently squeeze the wig with a towel to remove excess moisture. Let the wig dry. You can let it air-dry naturally, or you can turn down the volume with a hair dryer. You also can curl your hair after hair drying.
